Over an exciting career as an adult-learning specialist and practitioner leading program implementation, performance improvement, and leadership development, I’ve seen adults, teams and organizations learn and gain strides at every level. I've worked with hundreds of brilliant women in manufacturing, logistics, insurance, and other male-dominated industries. I've seen the same pattern again and again: capable, talented women who have all the technical skills but struggle to step into their leadership power. I get what the leader can do, what teams need to do and how to leverage the system to work for you.
